RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Titirangi Smiles, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

FAULTY, DAMAGED or INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and, where applicable, photos of the product or packaging so we can assess the issue.

If the product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, Titirangi Smiles will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your rights under New Zealand consumer law. This may include a replacement, or refund, where applicable.

RETURNS

For hygiene and health reasons, opened or used oral-care products cannot be returned unless the product is faulty or otherwise covered by your rights under New Zealand consumer law.

Please contact us before sending any product back. We will provide return instructions where required.

REFUNDS

Once a returned product has been received and assessed, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will generally be made to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.

To request a return, please contact us at reception@titirangismiles.co.nz with:

Your name
Order number
Product you wish to return
Reason for the return
Photos, if the product is damaged or faulty

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER NEW ZEALAND LAW

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand consumer protection legislation.

Where a product does not meet the guarantees required under New Zealand law, you may be entitled to a remedy.
