Business Policy

CANCELLATIONS

All appointments are especially reserved for you. We appreciate sometimes general emergencies occur and appointments need to be rescheduled at short notice, and this will be taken into consideration.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please make every effort to cancel it well in advance so that it may be offered to someone else.

Appointments must be rescheduled no less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment, otherwise a $50 fee will be charged.

FAILED APPOINTMENTS

Failing to attend your appointment without any notification will be considered on a case by case basis. Repeat offenders will be required to pay for treatment before any scheduled appointments.

LATENESS

After 10 minutes the quality of treatment is compromised. Each appointment length is tailored to be able to offer the best quality treatment.

If you arrive 10 minutes or later, your appointment will need to be rescheduled at a later date. This enables me to stay on time and not compromise the following patients treatment.

PAYMENTS

Payment is expected at the time of treatment. Unpaid payments will incur late payment costs and collection charges. We accept, cash, eftpos, visa and master cards.

GUARANTEES

As a sole clinician I promise to provide you with the highest level of dental care within my scope of practice.

I encourage all patients to have periodic dental examinations and routine xrays with their dentist of choice. If necessary I can make recommendations accordingly.

I appreciate that everyones time is valuable and I endeavour to always be as punctual as possible. Providing the highest levels of dental hygiene care and support is an absolute priority for every member of the Titirangi Smiles Tribe.
